Stutter speech, unclear speech

Hi my son is now 05 years, but still there are few words he doesn't pronounce right. Lets say for an eg: He pronounces Car to 'Tar', Game to 'Dame' and Khilona to 'Thilona'. What do you suggest for his further treatment. Does he needs medication or he requires speech therapy. Or this will go on its own?
