While studying I am not able to focus properly and feel tied and cannot keep memories for long time what should I do

Namaste! Avoid sitting up to  study late at night. Instead, become an early riser  around 05:00 am . Taking proper easily digestible home cooked food and avoiding fastfood will keep the body nourished and the mind alert. Pranayama under medical supervision  will help to be focused.
