The best and permanent way is to eat healthy and exercise everyday. There are no shortcuts for that. The genetic traits cannot be changed. You will always tend to add fat in that area. And already your fat percentage is well within normal range. You needn't have to reduce any more fat. Fat is required by the body for multiple functions. Better go for healthy balanced diet and strength training exercises to reduce the fat on specific regions.
