From your description here I am not so confident about a possible mental illness. However it seems that you are dealing with a psychological conflict. I would suggest that you please meet a clinical psychologist, a psychiatrist or a psychotherapist to help you in understanding the basis of such thoughts and behaviour. Thereafter they can enable you to make the decision for yourself.
A good therapist is what I recommend for you...
