Do mindful breathing exercise
Inhale from nose for four sec stomach will come out hold for 7 second and exhale from mouth slowly like blowing a candle stomach should go in for 8 seconds
Keep focus on breath even if mind wanders.
Also take therapy session with me or any psychologist online or in person
