STRESSED and lack of sleep

I am unable to concentrate on a particular work. And not able to finish off efficiently. I don't get sleep in the night

Do mindful breathing exercise Inhale from nose for four sec stomach will come out hold for 7 second and exhale from mouth slowly like blowing a candle stomach should go in for 8 seconds Keep focus on breath even if mind wanders. Also take therapy session with me or any psychologist online or in person It will help u All the best
