Dear Sir
I can understand that you are reluctant to take medications.
Medications used in anxiety disorder are usually safe and can be taken for a long term without any lasting side effects. Don't consider taking Medications as a sign of weekness. If a person has a physical illness for eg
diabetes, he has to take medicine for a long term. Similarly, often medications for mental health problems has to be taken for a long term. Also, they need to be stopped gradually preferably under supervision of. A psychiatrist who will be able to monitor you for a relapse of symptoms. So please see a psychiatrist in person and discuss ask your concerns about the medicines. Apart from medications, you will benefit from psychological therapy and relaxation training which can be provided by a professional.
Thanks
