I am on stage of conceiving so i cant not take allopathic medicines so please confirm can i take dabur stresscom or himalaya brahmi for overthinking and stress please help i need to know this also confirm is it habbit forminh or have side effects or its working or not plz plz help

Its very foolish to belive in ads by baba's who recently claimed to have found cure (100%)for Corona also than to belive in doctors.
Plz remove from your mind that ,all allopathic medicine causes side effects,I will never prescribe anyone medications if not necessary. Plz visit any doctor, they will help you problem
