According to your sign and symptom you should take ARV vaccine at 0,3, 7 and 14 and 21or 28 day if you haven't taken any vaccine in the past .
If you have taken in the past then take only 3 dose of ARV vaccine at 0,3 and 7 or 21 day .
You should take Tetnus Injection if you haven't taken in the past 6 month .
Next Steps
Wash that wound with running water for 5-10 minute with soap and apply Betadine on that wound
and take Antibiotic for 3 day.
