Stool routine report

Hi doctors my baby was having severe diarrhoea since 8 days so doctor asked to complete zifi syrup for 5 days and after completion of course to get stool routine test Today I gave stool test of baby's and report says 8-10 pus cells in mucus area where range is 2-3 and everything else like parasites , blood ,cyst ,ova fat droplets is nill Does this mean she still have infection ? Stool routine shows puscells that infection so better to do Stool culture,to see particular organism involved and Sensitivity. Stool for Reducing substances positive indicates Lactose Intolerance but at 1 yr might be digestive infections also . Should evaluate further.
