My new born baby have 1 red spot in whole yellow stool, need you support to check the reason for the same and what precaution we can have.

Watch and check for any further episodes of bleeding/ bleeding from any other sites - in the stool, umbilical stump, nose, skin bruises.
Next Steps
Check if baby received Vitamin k at birth, mother on any medications which could have cause bleeds in the baby,
