Stool and urine blockage.
It's been almost 5 days since I can't defecate or urinate properly, it burns while urinate also there's some yellowish mucus coming out of penis sometimes. The lower stomach pain is consistent. I have to go so many times to poop but most of the time it's just the pain in my stomach which tells me to go.
