Hi, since its bit unclear in your question, I am thinking you are asking for the diet to be followed, when a person is been diagnosed with
kidney stone. For this my opinion is- firstly you should know that a kidney stone is formed by different things, not only
calcium forms it, there are other substances in the body which can also form a stone.so get a 24hr urine analysis, stone composition analysis, serum analysis to know about the type of stone you have, based on that you can follow a diet. Take plenty of fluids atleast 12 glass of water daily and stay hydrated.if its a urate stone avoid animal proteins.if its a oxalate stone avoid foods rich in oxalates like spinach, beets, nuts.avoid drinking tea. If its a calcium content stone Avoid calcium rich foods like legumes, chesse, yoghurt etc.avoid drinking cola and sodas.get a urologist opinion for further management because there are options avaible to treat kidney stones without any surgery.
