My daughter complaining about stomachache. She also had fever in morning for which we gave calpol 250. Please advise a medicine for stomachache. Her weight is 16 kg.

Pain in abdomen and fever .. may be a sign of some infection in abdomen...there can be multiple causes of abdo pain including UTIs,gatroenteritis, appendicitis etc.. Unless one evaluates clinically , can't say what it is Pls consult a pediatric surgeon or pediatrician

Please give: Syp cyclopam 5 ml SOS for relieving pain abdomen. Deworm with syp albendazole 400mg single Stat dose. If pain abdomen is persistent visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation.
