Stomachache and fever

Hello Doctor my son is 4yrs old. 4 days back he had vomiting and loose motion along with mild fever. We had consulted with doctor and he advised us to give Ziffi 100 , sumol plus and darolac sachet. Now it's been almost a 4 days he is not complaining about stomachache and vomiting but the fever is coming with chills after every 5 hours. It goes upto 101-102. He has seizures problem so can't wait more. Right mow we r giving sumo l plus syrup after every 5 hours. Please help.

Exaggerating fever temperature may lead to seizures, so be careful and watch him and fever with chills seems to be sort of infection, consult a pediatrician if the fever doesn't come down and for any queries regarding this consult me online
