Some pregnancy tips for you.
-Drink adequate water, 3-4 litres a day.
-Avoid eating oily, fried and outside food.
-If not able to eat, eat small meals like half chapati at a time and rest food after 2 hours.
-Take high protein diet consists of daal, dry fruits, paneer, egg, milk.
-Take protein powder available for pregnancy.
-Avoid lifting heavy weights
-Do walking after every meal for 15 min.( If bed rest not advised)
-Do yoga and exercise specially recommended in pregnancy.(if bed rest not advised)
-Eat adequate fruits and salads. ( Avoid papaya, pineapple, excess dates)
-Do meditation ( very good for health)
-Avoid food of high
sugar content in case of
diabetes.
