Stomach problem in my child

Sir my son age 7 years having problem in stomach and pain in stomach from last 5 days. He always urge to vomit at night. He is feeling shortness of breath and heart feeling heavy at night only after dinner. At night he always tend to burping. After burping he feels good. His urine test report is ok. WBC count is 14. Is there something to worry? I have attached his CBC report. Kindly suggest as his Doctor saying it is due to gas. His weight is 40 kg which is overweight.

Report can not be read.is not clear.  Since H pylori infection is common, give H pylori kit all instructions are given it contain 3 different drugs. Try for 5 days 1 strip per day for 5 days. Consult pediatrician physically for proper diagnosis.

He is having gastritis. Start him on Digene and Lanzol .
