Stomach paining at morning

Hello yesterday night I ate Chicken Shawarma and slept but morning have been gone for bowel movement while pooping my stomach pain so much like something in streching and I have acidity problem I have some pain in stomach left b right abdomen is it constipation or acidity or serious issue like appendicitis? I am tensed

Mostly it is acute gastroenteritis.. Take proper medicine for acidity If fever with mucous containg stool there antibiotic tooo If symptomatically not improved with medication after 3days .. do a ultrasound abdomen to rule out appendicitis
