My 3 year old son had fallen on road a month back on stomach and from few days he is complaining of stomach pain and of constipation also maybe due to nandini good life milk usage.does falling cause problems to internal organs or it's just colic pain .what should be done next as his stomach will b always hard when pressed.

Visit a general surgeon or pediatrician for examination. ULTRASOUND may help. Other tests may also be needed DEPENDING on DETAILED evaluation.
