Stomach pain accompanied by fever

I am feeling sometimes dull sometimes acute pain in my stomach mostly on right side and left side also. I also have fever 102 °F. In 2020 I experienced similar condition and doctor said it could be appendicitis. I underwent ultrasound and blood test but results were normal and doctor just gave Medicine for 3days and I was better. Now again I'm feeling something similar. My eating habits are also not right and I'm overweight.

Fever along with pain can be due to infection.. you can do further investigation regarding kidney and urine.. so that medications can be started.
