I am currently on a non spicy home cooked diet but still experiencing lil discomfort burning sensation and liquid feeling in abdomen. Abdomen Ultrasound is normal. All Blood Reports ok. I am Vit D and Vit B12 deficient I was prescribed OMEE mps and ESY D before meals which resolved my issues temporarily but I cannot have them longterm. now,What could be the reason and the further course of action . Could it be H. phlori?
