For the past few days I have been passing loose stool every time after eating. I have experienced this since few years. I feel weak. Yesterday I started shivering for no reason. Not the first time. My nose has been blocked several times, and I've had panic attacks at these times. I had typhoid this January, but otherwise I eat only healthy food. My sleep cycle is really bad, I sleep at 4 & get up at 11 am everyday. What is wrong with me, and how can I fix this with home remedies?
