Hello, I went through your query, there are few excersie available that are helpful for both pain relief and to keep you fit, they include more of stretching exercise and yoga. They should be altered depending on the severity of your problem, along with it you need to concentrate more on diet, you need to limit your daily calories, to at least to 75% of what you are taking now.
