I have stomach discomfort from 3 days I am not able to understand if it is a gas or something else I have a discomfort from the right upper portion which makes me worried as i causes. pressure towards my right pelvic region can anyone tell what it is .

Your description is not clear. You have discomfort from Right  upper portion and it causes pressure towards  right pelvic region. Pelvic region is  lowest part of the abdomen. Do you mean to say that you have "pain pain everywhere?"
