I am suffering from stomach bloating and constipation from several weeks. I consulted a gastro and got medicines like Rebium and cintapro tabs but no respite. I am a kidney donour also. Kindly suggest a treatment.

Hello, I will be able to help you. As you are a kidney donor, are you under any fluid restrictions. If not, make sure you consume a minimum of 3litres of water per day and lods of high fibre. I would also suggest a stool softner syrup at night
