Stomach bloating and blood in vomiting

Hi , I was feeling bloated for a few days. So go for a blood test and a report has been attached.I am an alcoholic so if I quit alcohol,can it recover automatically or need medication. Please look into the attached blood report.I got minor blood when I forcefully tried to vomit when gas was not passing . Thank you for your support.
