Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Ciplox-tz twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
