I am suffering from stomach ache and loose motion. From yesterday I went 7 times to the bathroom. Didn't had anything to eat today. Feeling vomit sensations whenever I see food.

It is acute gastroenteritis 1.tab satrogyl O 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days 2.tab pantocid DSR 1 tab once daily before breafast for 7 days
