I'm having a stomach ache, preferably at my right lower abdomen. I have had my appendix removed and I also have h. Pylori.

Most common cause of abdominal pain is either constipation or gastro intestinal infection.please drink lots of liquids, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid fried and packaged food stuff...hope this helps 🙂
