Stiffness in the pinky finger in morning

Hi, From last few days when i wake up i feel stiffness in my left hand's pinky finger. When i bend it in the morning it's stiff and and its only one finger. But after waking up , After 1-1.5 hours the finger gets normal, Not completely but 80%. I am really worried what it is?

Pl do cbc esr CRP rheumatoid factor and anti cup tests to rule out arthritis as there is stiffness in the joint
