Stiffness after fracture

Dear doctor, I have ankle fracture and treated with pop 6 weeks and also bone unioned at 12 weeks. My doctor Started physio at 6 weeks after fracture and I have been doing physio since 8 weeks but my range of ankle motion is 60%(with home exercise told by orthopedician) beyond 60% I am not getting full motion then I consulted physiotherapist and he is doing very aggressive since last 12 days but progresses is very poor. Dear doctor how much time it takes for full range of motion already 5 months completed after fracture. Dear doctor 5 months is very long time any chance for full range of motion can I expect. Inversion not bad good and eversion is also not bad very good. Plantar flexion 70% Dorsiflexion is very very poor. Dear doctor please help. I haven't attached x ray my doctor told bone is unioned.

  Provide all X ray pictures.    Is there associated swelling and pain also. Take tab enzomac  after breakfast and dinner for one week.    Avoid prolonged standing and walking.

Sorry to say but after 5 month, difficult to get full range of motion. It should be started early
