Hi my right shoulder and neck is stiff from yesterday... It feels heavy and something stretching and little pain... There is no problem in moving my hand... Pls suggest treatment and why this happened...

Muscle spasm due to poor posture . Need to rule out cervical radiculopathy. Start with hot fomentation and ointment application,anti inflammatory medicines.
