Stiff ankles after sitting

I am suffering from stiffness in both ankles and calf muscles from last few weeks. There is a pain due to which walking becomes a major issue. Also, when I stand up in morning after sleep or after sitting for a while, there is stiffness and pain in heels too. Please advise.

I am suffering from ankle stiffness for the past 30years. Consulted many rumatalogists, orthopaedic doctors. But they are prescribed painkiller tablets like diclofenac,aceclofenac. I don't have pain suffering only from stiffness. I need relaxation so that i can walk freely.
