I got stapedectomy operation 2 days back. Last night there was a itching sensation in incision area and I scratched once unconsciously. Now there is a small scratch kind of thing near that area and it's paining a bit. What should I do? Will this leave a mark on my skin? Is this a big issue?

I hope you are already on antibiotics and ointment to heal the wound. Take Analgesic to relief pain. Hopefully it will heal properly. It you are facing concern then u just visit your doctor and show the wound issue.
