Sir/madam when I was walking suddenly my ankle sprained and severe pain occurred.. after 2days pain decreased,, third day onwards the Pain is observed at the ankle (some times) .. please give me a suggestion..

Use ice and tiea crepe bandagr or use ankle supporter for fewdays
