I sprained my ankle five days ago, it got pretty swollen , the pain practically disappeared but the cold doesn't help so it hurts sometimes , I want to know how long should I wait to put wait on my foot ?

If you are unable to put weight on the foot then my advice to you will be go to a diagnostic centre and get an x-ray of the ankle done as we need to rule out fracture
