Hello there There are 4 basic principle when u get sprained at ankle. 1) Rest to the part 2) cold pack/crush ice application within 1st 72 hrs 3) stabilizing and tightning the part through crepe bandage 4) keeping the leg of sprained ankle in elevated position. No anti-inflammatory or pain killers would provide you relief as much as these basic tips.
Next Steps
10 days is a cause of concern...u need furthur investigations as many things are missed on XRays. Resort back for proper advice and treatment.

Ankle sprain is common injury to ankle Ankle has various ligaments which can be damaged apart from bones The degree of ligament injury is difficult to be analysed on Xray If it has not healed by now you should revisit your Orthopaedic Surgeon He may advise you to undergo a MRI scan to further diagnose the degree of sprain

Use a ankle support Keep leg elevated Avoid weight bearing and take complete rest to allow ligaments to heal
Health Tips
Sometimes ankle sprain take time to heal upto 3-6weeks depending upon severity of injury
