Hi , my periods started on last Saturday bleeded for 3 days then it stopped for 2 days again I can see spotting since from 3 days . Can I take pause tablets.

Total days of bleeding including spotting if  more than 7 days Needs to be investigated Pause will only reduce a heavy flow not stop it
