Spots on teeth

There are some white and some chocolate( ish ) coloured spots on my incisors ... help me out ... and there is a bit of pale  yellowing also ...

Treatment depends on since when the spots are present. If present due to coffee , tea or accumulation of debris they can be normally cleaned by scaling. If present since childhood then they need veneers

Have they appeared recently or have they been since eruption of the tooth.. If they have appeared recently the reasons could be increased intake of colored beverages like tea, coffee, coke etc. Spots since eruption could be fluorosis

temporary spots can be removed by scaling permanent ones can be removed by veneers. consult a dentist
