Yeaterday i checked my oxygen level and at that time it was 98%, and today i checked once again it was showing 97%. Does flactuating oxygen levels are cause for concern. Till now i don't have any covid symptoms. Please guide me

In SpO2   97   and 98 % is not considered as fluctuation. It is within normal range which is 96% to 100%.
