I have done my MRI test and here are the key points in report
L4-L5 level :
Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing narrowing of
spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression.
L5-S1 level :
Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing narrowing of
spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression.
SACROILIAC JOINTS :
The sacroiliac joints appear normal. no articular surface erosions or edema noted.
Lumbar canal AP diameter at L1 to L5 levels:
Level L1 - L2 L2 - L3 L3 - L4 L4 - L5 L5 - S1
AP (mm) 13 11 12 11 11
Impression
L4-L5 level :Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing
narrowing of spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression.
L5-S1 level :Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing
narrowing of spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression.
I have attached report document.
Please help to overcome this problem going through continue severe pain.
This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
- Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
- Keep no pillow under the head.
- Avoid painful acts & activities.
- Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold.
-Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once a day x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1tab Once a day x 10 days.
Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines.

Symptoms of the patient if he is having radiating pain to lower limbs , occupation of the patient . Since how long he is having symptoms.
As per mri nothing significant , can be managed conservatively. It will be better if other cuts of mri would have been there.
Activity modification - Bending and lifting weights , long two wheeler journey.
Next Steps
patient can start on basic medications
Analgesics - Tab Aceclofenac 100mg , 2 times a day .
if he is having radiating pain can start on low dose steroids for 5 days .
Tab pregabalin inthe night .
observe for 2 weeks . If pain is not relieved then we should take dynamic x rays of lumbosacral spine.
