I had some spine related lower back problem since 12 days and I was advised for a week bed rest. Doctor presumed it to be more slip disk but after rest and medication the pain is feeble. My next doctor had advised altraday , zerodol th... My question is if pain is lowered can we stop the medicines

If the pain has decreased you can stop the pain medication but continue the muscle relaxants for a period of one week Avoid bending forward and doing any activity Avoid lifting any heavy weights Use hot water packs in the areas that you are having pain
