First, don't get anxious. Based on  x ray findings - next step is to get an MRI done. Based on physical findings and MRI report, treatment can be planned

There is decrease in Disc space in D11/D12 level. For further treatment, I would like to detailed history and clinical exam findings. Based on that one can interpret MRI findings, which was rightly advised. Decreased space in D11/D12 has many causes, which could identified further by MRI.
