Hello friend If you have slip disc,you need to take rest as well as take precautions. What level is the disc slip at? You need to see orthopaedecian for your condition. Once the extent of injury is known we can take care of it further on.

Hello there,,,well to start with..are you a confirmed case of Slip disc/PIVD...? What are your symptoms? Are you having localised back pain along with tingling or weakness of legs?
