I am spine and brain TB patient for 2 yrs. Brain TB has been cured completely in recent MRI but spine had pus of sized 154 ml. Not possible to drained completely. Aspiration sample is sensitive to 1st line all drugs. Taking same medicine last 9 months after Aspiration. Recent MRI , pus has been reduced to 72ml from 154ml. Other test kft, lft, cbc, vitamin b12, calcium urine, usg of abdomen and chest xray and thyroid test all are normal. I am having chest pain very Mild to mild level when I moving body or taking breathe. Dr did spine mri and as well as chest xray again. All reports are normal and as well as clinical check up is also normal. Curently I don't have any problem except chest pain. And Lower back pus is reduced but no pain. Question: chest pain is there ? What can be possible cause of it? Please guide me 🙏. Should I take power of antacid or it can be something else?

I think the reason for chest pain must be looked into . If the other work up is normal , might as well need a cardiac work up just to make sure the chest pain is non cardiac . The pain can be muscular or pleuritic pain also.
