I'm just 19 year old and i have pain in upper and middle spinal cord when I bend down Is it related to masturbation ?? Or I have fat body of 81 kg (over weight) is this the reason ??? Or Due to lockdown and online class I only seat at one place and do study and sleep and no exercise and no going out . Is this the reason ??? It feel like small sensation in spinal cord like in teeth Is it muscle pain ???

Seems muscular pain.. avoid sitting in one position for long time.. Keep doing physical excercises daily, with back mucle strengthning physiotherapy..consult me on practo for short term muscle relaxants..
