My son 2 years 2 months old. Still he's not speaking yet and not listening to us. He always recognising TV and audio sounds only. By doubt we checked his hearing capability at his born hospital. But no problem on that. We more worried about it please guide us.

Looks more like a behavioral disorder. I suggest you please get a developmental quotient assessment done by a child psychologist. If delayed Pl meet a child psychiatrist and pediatrician. could be autistic spectrum disorder. Regards
