My 26 months old doctor doesn't speak . The delivery was 36 weeks and weight 3.3 kg a the time of birth. I am looking for a report on her cognitive and development status by a specialist pediatrician or physiologist .

Are other milestones like sitting up,standing and walking normal? Is her hearing normal?Does she have atleast 2-3 word vocabulary? If answer to above is yes,relax,she will speak.
