Sir my son is 7yrs old he has speech but he can't express properly. Speech is not very clear. He has language skills problem and his tone is high.

At 7 years, unclear speech and difficulty expressing properly do need evaluation. Causes can range from speech/language delay, hearing issues, oral-motor problems to neurodevelopmental conditions. I would advise assessment by a developmental pediatrician/speech therapist and hearing evaluation if not done earlier. Early speech therapy can improve communication significantly.
