You should consider using an anti glare screen on your laptop/ desktop screen. After every few hours spent on your computer splash your eye with cold water. You may be having eye fatigue due to weakness of eye muscles, poor posture or uncorrected refractive error( spectacles required, but not being used). I suggest visiting an Ophthalmologist for a check up.
