Speaking problem

I talk very less since childhood but I speak too  fast... I had no problem speaking..I was spontaneous while talking...and my words were clear to listener... But from last 2 year I guess I  can't talk spontaneously...it take much little force to speak ...and many times my words are not clear to listener ... Sm says I hv thick tongue..nose,sinus not clear etc etc... so I avoid talking ...people think ....I m introvert., Reserved etc etc...bt I m not... Could anyone help me out

You need to consult a speech therapist. They will be able to help you out for sure. Is there any other muscle weakness or inability to make spontaneous movements from any part of the body. This requires thorough assessment.
